In everything that I do, fitness has been my way of living. It has helped me to unleash my tensions, doubts, stress, and all negative thinking. And most importantly taking care of the “inside”. What we put into our bodies is jus as important as what comes out:  

 “How much water are you drinking?” 

“Are you taking enough nutrients?” 

“When last did you eat a fruit?” 

“What kind of nutrition plan do you stick to?” 

“Do you take any extra supplements/protein shakes or vitamins?”
